Building can be build on Cells
Any building can be build on any cells that you own. Creating a building on a that already has that kind of Points of Interests, your buidling will get a masive boost.
Example:
- You creat a university on a standard owned cell = Standard univesity
- You create a university that already has a University point of interet on that cell = Massive boost.
